“The Boardroom” is a workshop hosted by Michael Kies for small real estate business owners with between 1-4 salespeople.

So what’s the catch?

      At this stage the only planned workshop is in Sydney on the 12th of July. The workshop start time is 10am which allows for time to fly in that morning, and finish time is 4pm to allow you to get home that same day.     HI Michael – I have had 23 years in the real estate industry. Started in 1993 with Arthur Conias Toowong under the Jenman system – was very successful for 6 years, then went to REMAX in Paddington Brisbane and had another very successful 6 years. In 2006 I started Real Estate Mastery and coached and mentored agents in addition to delivering Nationally Accredited courses for real estate qualifications.

    I am now changing direction and going back into what I love – which is real estate sales. I am going with an independent agency model and am in need of support, advice and help to begin again! My previous sales business was over 80% repeat and referral business. I am now starting in a new farm area with no repeat or referral business.
