One thing you can do to guarantee your future during the COVID-19 pandemic

There are three ways to handle this current horrible situation:

  1. CONSUME ALL THE NEWS: Listen to and watch all the news and get depressed and end up saying what’s the use, and do nothing.
  2. MAKE EXCUSES: Use it as an excuse to do nothing and eventually fail.
  3. ENTHUSIASM: Have enthusiasm about the opportunities that are available to you right now.

There are more people home than ever before and they want to talk.

All of the people you have in your database would love to hear from you.

When you run out of people to speak to from your database, cold call and just ask how people are coping with the shut down and how they have been affected.

We have wonderful opportunities in this time and I guarantee that if you speak to 40 people per day, every day, you will find at least an extra listing per week.

I can also guarantee that if you don’t speak to your contacts then nothing will happen, but you won’t be able to blame the pandemic.

We are so fortunate because we can still create business.

When things get back to normal, if you have spoken to people and built good relationships then you will be way in front and business will be very good for you.

Compare our opportunities to a business owner that I was speaking with recently.

They usually average about $500,000 per month.

This month they will be lucky to take $20,000.

They have $900,000 of refunds to make and they may not survive.

There is nothing they can do until the international borders open up again for tourists.

So let’s be grateful and look for the opportunities that are available to us right now.

Speak to more people.

And remember there are always people who need to sell and buy, even in these times.
