The 3 Boosters for Small Real Estate Agency Owners

Firstly let me explain what I mean by the word “Booster”

The time problem

We have 2 choices:

  1. We can continue on without using these boosters and we can keep getting the same results. If this is means small profits, small real estate agency owners will be locked in month to month, just to generate monthly income to cover personal expenses as well as office expenses.
  2. Or we can get a boost, which means we have to really push for a short period 1-2 years, putting in place a combination of systems so you can start to see steady income in your business, then from there you can choose to stay on and build on your growth or take a step back – it’s up to you.

It’s like when Mario eats a mushroom on Super Mario Bros and he gets a boost – he is bigger, stronger and it boosts him up so that he can get onto the next stage.

  1. Know your numbers

    This seems obvious but if we don’t know our numbers we are reactionary. We are literally the everything person in the office, putting out fires left, right and centre and not proactive about getting the best results we can.   2. Put hiring BACK on your list

    Have you ever thought that hiring is too hard so you just decide to go it alone and get the results yourself – sometimes it’s a fair enough way to think. But think about the long term, if we can put in motion the steps for growth now, slowly and risk free, we can set ourselves up for more freedom later on.   3. Focus on the day to day

    Every day do one thing to contribute to your growth and expansion.
