How to earn a pay rise in real estate sales

Do you want a pay rise in real estate sales? Do you want to earn more money? What I will share with you today leads you straight to great wealth in a career in real estate.

But the problem is, I see many agents who are not seeing the remuneration they deserve for their efforts, and who would love to see a pay rise in real estate sales.

In my career as a coach, I see people either loving or hating their career in real estate; very rarely do I meet someone in-between.

The agents who hate their career in real estate, tend to struggle every day and dread going to work.

They are often struggling financially and looking for a way to achieve a pay rise in real estate sales, but don’t have a plan for achieving this.

Yet there are salespeople who love going to work; they have great holidays every year, they tend to have a nice home and they to seem to build wealth by investing wisely.

  1. Mindset
    You must believe that you can do this and that you are worth the money you can earn. John Maxwell talks about the law of the lid; this is where you get to a certain level and stay there. You must break thorough.

 

  1. Attitude 
    What you think about is what you become. Think wisely about what you want and keep your mind off the things you don’t want, then act enthusiastically with all your might and you are on the road to greatness.
  1. Prospecting
    You have to get to work and create business by talking to more people.
  2. Relationships
    You have to become a master at building rapport. If people like and trust you they will list with you.
  3. Listing
    You have to have the trust factor in place and when you do, listing will be easy. You must develop the skills to turn the “I want to think it over” objection into a listing. Rate yourself – how successful are you in overcoming the “I want to think it over objection…
  4. Reducing
    If a property is not selling either the price is wrong or you are incompetent. I don’t think you are incompetent so get the price right.
  5. Selling
    You have to be able to help both buyers and sellers overcome procrastination.
  6. Referrals and testimonials
    This leads to the golden years of real estate.

By doing this you are capable of earning yourself a pay rise in real estate sales by listing 3 properties per week and selling 2.
