If your results decline in a tougher market,
 where are you going to be at the end of 2019?

If nothing changes, nothing changes and with the market predicted to get tougher in 2019, where will be at the end of 2019 if our results decline?

Some salespeople will struggle to achieve the same results as they did in 2018.

Ask yourself, if you go backwards from your results in 2018, how are you going to be at the end of 2019?

The salespeople who start 2019 like a rocket take total responsibility for everything in their personal and business lives, they make the most of every moment by focusing on dollar-productive activities.

This means they often see a lift in results despite what the market is doing.

They are not subject to market conditions; they are bullet-proof from low figures and negative thinking.

I received a nice card from Jack saying:

Now I am going to share with you what I helped Jack with last year and how to start 2019 like a rocket.

1. Say these words right now, “I AM RESPONSIBLE!”

When you take total responsibility for everything in your life, it feels like someone has just freed you from prison. It means that you are not blaming or living in the past and you can focus on the new exciting future.

By taking responsibility you can create your future. This is exciting!

2.Decide

Decide that you will work on productive results-producing activities for every moment of 2019.

You will get hooked on productivity and there are five core things for you to focus on:

  1. Prospect daily until you have found an immediate seller.
  2. List.
  3. Reduce.
  4. Sell.
  5. Get testimonials and referrals. That’s it!

Focus on these and you will have a great year in 2019.

You can’t make a sale without a listing.

You can’t get a listing without a listing appointment.

You can’t have a listing appointment without prospecting.

So start prospecting today!

3. Focus

By focusing on the tough tasks first every day, you will make many sales.

The two toughest things to do are:

  1. Prospecting
  2. Reducing the price.

Focus on becoming the best in your area at these two skills and within ten years you will have financial freedom.
