  • If you have listed two or more you are on your way to being a million dollar agent.
  • Your real estate sales target for this week? Find and list two properties.

Your real estate sales goal should be to receiving a $20,000 professional fees cheque for Christmas!

Well now is the time to act.

The clock is ticking.

While your competitors are complaining how listings are tough we are going to do something about it.

Remember what Brian Tracy said: ‘If it’s going to be, it’s up to me.’ It is up to you!

One of my coaching clients has gone from being unfocused with low real estate sales results to 2 listings and 1 sale in one week, and this coming week he has committed to 2 listings, 2 sales, and 4 price reductions. He is focused on getting a $20,000 bonus for Christmas!

You can do the same!

To do this you need to hold yourself accountable. You need to keep score.

Last week I said I don’t care about the numbers, all I care about is finding the listing, getting the price reduction or making the sale.

But, for the purpose of the exercise, I want you to focus on speaking with at least 40 people every day.

That’s 20 contacts at the doors and 20 contacts from your database. You should be in touch with your database at least once per month and keep good records so you can make the contact personal.

One of my coaching clients spoke with 20 people at the doors and found 4 good listing leads, which he can now build the relationship with.

Creating the initial contact is important but building a great relationship is imperative to you becoming a champion.

    It means they will give you a lower price because it has been on the makret for a long time and they are desperate to sell. This isn’t greed this is reality these days. I have several friends that had to lower their listings an are extrememly motivated to sell their house.
