After moving on from his family farm he made an average start in real estate sales, until he learned what it takes to be successful, leading to 19 sales in one month directly after a 7 week sales drought.

He went on to average 11 house sales a month for 12 years.

Now he travels across the country sharing what he learned to help real estate agents succeed just like he did.

Full-time personal coaching with Michael Kies gives you the edge over your competitors in all situations, from prospecting, listing and reducing to selling.

The package includes:

• There will be one coaching session per week for between 20 and 40 minutes each.
• An accountability form is to be completed on Mondays to keep you on track.
• The ability to contact Michael in an emergency to gain advice in the heat of the moment.
• Personal coaching is $800 + GST per month paid in advance.
