I have had so many questions about my time in Ballarat and the high results we got so I wanted to write a quick blog post to sum it up and also to invite you to participate in the next one if you would like to.
To sum it up we found:
- 81 immediate sellers (those who said they will be putting their home on the market in the next 7 days)
- 168 future sellers (those who said they will be putting their home on the market in the next 6 months)
- 50 people who phoned the office to enquire about the material left under doors and have subsequently requested for an agent to come and visit them to talk about the sale of their home.
That’s a great return on energy for 5 days work! And the best part is, we had fun!
