Then there are those real estate agents who plan. They have a schedule! They know their routine works. On their drive to work everyday they have already begun their routine – they are in the zone. They see results when they first start – then as they keep going they know that the actions always convert.

You will finish day one with a structured plan in place for your day to day life as a million dollar real estate agent, a clearly defined set of goals and know how to maintain a high level of consistency and a new found enlightenment and heightened inspiration and motivation on day two.
Day two will be focused on Prospecting – covered in full ‘how-to’ detail including a plan which equates to a million dollars per year in sales. Exercises on integrating the plan into your life so that you know exactly what to do when you arrive home. Listing – a whole session dedicated to 25 years of tweaks to a listing presentation to help you win every listing.
On day 3 we will cover, reducing – a detailed formula for price reductions to take the hesitation away from the process. Selling – a comprehensive guide to the entire sales process including the best negotiation strategies for working with buyers and your new skill levels will leave you with a renewed motivation to put all the technical tools and how-to knowledge that you have learned into practise when you return home.

Aim: The main aim of this program is to help you get your listings, skill level, and focus stocked up so that you can achieve a million dollars in income in 2015.
In order to make sure of this I am going to include the complete take-home guide book from the seminar. This contains your specific goals that you will set on day one complete with time management plans and weekly schedules – this will be used as a life plan + marketing plans, tools, and prospecting plans.
