Following a good systems helps you in two ways:
People who don’t follow systems tend to tread water and get stuck in a rut of mediocrity.
They never seem to reach their full potential.
The people who have a system to follow each day, do great things and consistently make high numbers of sales.

ESSENTIAL SYSTEMS for a successful real estate career:
1. YOUR MORNING: As you think, so shall it be. Start the day with a positive mental attitude.
2. YOUR DAILY GOAL: This leads you day-by-day to achieve your main goal.
3. CONTACT TARGET: Speak to 40 people per day about selling their property.
4. RECORD SYSTEM: Keep excellent records with a great CRM or 3×5 card box system. Your career will be won or lost on follow-up.
5. LISTING APPOINTMENT TARGET: Attend at least one good listing appointment per day.
6. PRICE REDUCTION TARGET: Obtain a good price reduction.
7. BUYER APPOINTMENT TARGET: have a good qualified buyers appointment.
8. END OF DAY ROUTINE: Finish your day on a high.
As stated in the great book “The Checklist Manifesto” – All professionals have a checklist or system that keeps them on track.
Imagine the mechanic servicing your car, the surgeon or the airline pilot; they all have checklists or systems to follow.
You too can be great by following a system and working to a daily checklist – and then watch your sales results increase.
