Do you have a plan you can stick to?

So many salespeople don’t have a plan. They just wing it from day to day and think that by doing the same tasks every day things will somehow get better. I can assure you they won’t unless you have a plan to follow.

Do the things you have to do today so you can do the things you want to do in the future!

5 step plan for including daily tasks for success in real estate

Today I share with you my 5 step plan for success in real estate.

  1. You must decide exactly what it is you want.

    If you don’t know what you want you are just a wandering generality.

    Take a moment now and list the first three things that come to mind that you really want.

  2. Decide what you have to do to get what you want.

    Lets say you need to produce $1,000,000 in fees per year to get what you want.

  3. Break it down to quarterly/monthly/weekly and then daily targets to be reached.

    To bring in $1,000,000 in professional fees per year you need to bring in $19230 per week. What’s your average fee?

    Depending on what your fee is you either need to be on the 5/2/1 plan or the 5/3/2 plan, which I explain, in great detail in my three-day program Success in Real Estate.

  4. Decide to live with discipline and commitment to follow your daily plan.
  5. Think and take action.

All action starts with a thought so create a positive vision and think about it all the time.
