How to get to your listings targets in the first week of the month…

Michael Kies listings targetsI am working with some amazing agents at the moment who are part of my mastermind who are getting 4-5 listing appointments in the first week of the month. I noticed that a lot of agents call me when the chips are down and they are not reaching their listings targets. It may be mid way through the month and their results may be down, so they decide to get help.

I mean, what if we could turn it around so that we scramble in the first week of the month, get our listings targets, then fill the rest of the month with follow on business? Doesn’t that make sense?

See, if we get this wrong it can affect our lives in a big way. It can create stress, it can increase pressure from the principal or financial pressures if you are the principal and this not only affects our careers but our relationships with family members.

All we have to do is follow a plan to make our listings in the first week of the month – I share this on my listings generator webinar which you can register for above. We can be that stress free agent who has sold signs everywhere and we can spend more time with our families. We can even get flow on listings within the same month after we get more and more people happily moved.

See, there are three hot principles for stacking the first week of the month:

1. Say we get our listings targets in the first week of the month – we can then spend week two working on selling them. In some parts of the country they will sell immediately and in others they may take a little longer, but we all know the fresh loaf of bread principal – a property gets most enquiries when it is new to the market.
2. So if we reach our listings targets in the first week of the month, we then have time to reduce it before the end of the month which increases our chances of selling.
3. So if we reach our listings targets in the first week it makes it easier to spend the evenings at home with the family later on in the month – so you don’t need to be at the office scrambling for last minute results.
