Today I share how to structure your day in real estate sales, for maximum return on energy invested.
A very wealth industrialist asked an advisor how to better structure his day?
The advisor responded that he would charge $10,000 for this information, to which the industrialist agreed.
The advisor gave his advice in 15 minutes and left.
The industrialist said it was the best advice he has ever been given and well worth the $10,000.
What the advisor shared was to make a list of six things you must do the following day before you go home and prioritise them.
As soon as I read about this I implemented it into my life and still live by it today.
The salespeople who get their day plan wrong just wing it and get a terrible return on energy and time they invest in the day.
The salespeople who get this right get a far better return on energy invested because they start every day knowing what the most important and productive tasks to be done.
When I started doing this it changed my life and I became very productive.
For the first time I was able to say that I really was doing the most productive thing at every given moment.
If you feel exhausted and are working hard but not getting the results and return you know you deserve, then do the following.
Write down the 6 most important things you must do the following day before you leave work and prioritise them.
This helps you to sleep better, you will also feel in control and your subconscious mind will work on the tasks over night.
Lists are a great key for productivity.
So start this today and before you go home tonight write down the 6 most important things you must do tomorrow and prioritise them.

You will be amazed at how good you feel because by putting the most important things on your list, like finding one good listing appointment per day then you are on your path to greatness in real estate.
