Michael Kies has been asked the same question many times over the past couple of months; “How is the market right now?”

His answer is always the same. “That depends!”

He spoke to one agent recently and they told him that they hadn’t made a sale for a month.

He spoke to another agent, in the same area, and they told me they don’t qualify for Job Keeper because their turnover has hardly dropped at all.

So why is there such a big difference? This week Michael covers the difference in agent mindset during COVID-19.
