I have been receiving many calls lately regarding making sales in a tough market, and more specifically around getting buyers to make a decision.

The right thing to focus on is getting more listings and then pampering those sellers – that’s the 80/20 rule. 80% of your time on sellers and 20% of your time with buyers.
This is all you need to do in this market and I guarantee you will do the same as all the people I am coaching now who are making two sales per week.
